Rusconi began his career as an auditor, and subsequently furthered his experience as a consultant, including operative duties (CFO), in companies of various sizes producing different types of merchandise, mostly working internationally. He has also been a member of administrative and control bodies in both the private and public sectors.
Working in strict contact with the General Management of GMG Partners he deals with financial planning and caries out analyses of industrial development plans. He is Director of the Group Holding: RDP Sviluppo Spa, founded specifically to open directly controlled REDIPANE shops.
